Annual Training Philosophy of Freedom
Thought Cards

At the center of the annual training are the thought cards and the commitment for the dai-ly quarter hour. The thought cards are selected and sorted to guide you through The Phi-losophy of Freedom in 25 sections. Each week we will work, meditate and deepen one section.

It is very important to keep at it from the beginning. Therefore, all those who have not yet received the thought cards by the start of the annual training should work with the PDFs until they receive the cards.

We recommend to read the cards first and then to deepen single or several cards during the week. This can be alone in silence, or while walking or talking with your buddy and other people. The thoughts become more understandable and vivid through repetition over time, which is an essential aspect of the work.

If one has no more time than the quarter of an hour a day, that is enough to walk the path through The Philosophy of Freedom. Nevertheless, we recommend reading or listening to the book in parallel, because some trains of thought only become understandable in context.

We have had the experience that the exchange of thoughts is a very valuable and essen-tial enrichment. Deep encounters with known or unknown people can arise in this way.

In this sense we wish you much joy with the thoughts of The Philosophy of Freedom!
