Andreas Schmitt
Andreas designed the 2019 Annual Training program and leads it. He is a board member of the Leben im Denken e.V. association.

David Martin
David was already involved in the first cycle and has been co-leader of the Annual Training program ever since. He supports the impulse with his creative meditations and exercises.

Marion Kahl
Marion is jointly responsible for the second and third years, the English and Spanish language areas, and overall development.

Ludger Scharlipp
Ludger has a variety of tasks, such as the website, communication with participants, developing new ideas, youth impulses, networking with other countries, and overall development. He is the chairman of Leben im Denken e.V.

Nicole Link
Nicole contributes to the design circle, developing ideas and impulses. An integral part of Nicole's work is leading the Neuwied regional group.

Martin Blumenroth
Martin works with Elvira to organize the practice and creative meetings in the Annual Training program.
He is enthusiastic about those moments in life when something suddenly comes alive through nature, art, and shared practice. The combination of texts from The Philosophy of Freedom, the course of the year, and artistic work creates a space for him in which boundaries dissolve—between instruction and participants, between thinking and being.

Susanne contributes in many ways. She supports buddies and regional groups in coming together, further develops the couch surfing project, and collaborates on Life after Death.

Yolanda Alvarez Ulloa
Yolanda coordinates the Spanish-speaking group – both in Spain and South America.

Micky leads an English-speaking regional group in the Annual Training together with Eduardo.

Eduardo Yi Man
Eduardo supports the English-speaking group and also accompanies the Spanish-speaking group when needed.
Shaped by his childhood in Peru during a time of social upheaval, he is searching for truth in life. With great openness and respect, he shares his life experiences and accompanies others on their journey—supporting them without interfering.

Judy
Judy supports the Annual Training as a translator at the conferences.
As a Waldorf learning guide, she is concerned with the question of how children can be supported in truly arriving in their bodies. In this way, she deepens her understanding of the development of consciousness and of the question of what free, reflective thinking means. Enthusiastic, inspiring, and reliable, she contributes with an alert interest in human questions.

K. Mihi
K. Mihi currently supports the sending of thought-cards to participants.
She is inspired by people who live their lives sincerely – by small gestures of kindness, helpfulness and an open heart. Since her youth, she has been accompanied by the question of what love is and how we can truly encounter one another. She contributes in a quiet, calm and thoughtful manner. With the hope that the world can become a little better.

Kiwon
Kiwon supports communication between participants in Korea and the Korean and German teams. She also helps with the organization of the meetings.
She is inspired by good food and its journey to the table, by the scent of the mountains in May, by conversations, travel, and good questions. She brings a sense of responsibility and warmth to the joint work.

Seongheun gets involved wherever support is needed.
She is inspired by humanity in this world and by the question of how the world is reflected in human actions and existence. With many questions along the way, she is learning to let go of things.
