The encounters and exchanges with other people give the time of the Annual Training a special richness and depth of content. We would therefore like to encourage you not to walk this path alone, but to connect with a buddy (tandem partner) or a regional group if you like.

You can talk to your buddy, share your thoughts and experiences and support each other along the way when things get challenging. It's a bit like going on a big journey: It's nice to have a friend by your side. If you don't have a buddy yet, you are welcome to tick below that you would like one and we will put you in touch.

Another wonderful way to support each other and exchange ideas is the regional group. You can form this together with other people from your area. This way you can also meet physically. We are there to support you, guide you through the first steps and answer any questions you may have. The organization of the actual meetings is then in your own hands.
